Everything we operate in the Sedona area is reopening today except possibly for East Fork campground, which normally closes for the season this time of year.  These include:

Crescent Moon / Red Rock Crossing
Grasshopper Point
West Fork / Call of the Canyon
Cave Springs
Chavez Crossing
Pine Flats East and West
Oak Creek Visitor Center
Clear Creek
Beaver Creek

In the Payson area, we are opening Houston Mesa Campground immediately.  Other areas may open soon after.

In the Flagstaff area, Locket Meadow will remain open to day use.  Most other areas are closed for the season.

Our campgrounds on Mt. Lemmon near Flagstaff (e.g. Rose Canyon) and on the north rim around Jacob Lake will likely remain closed.

Our operations at Slide Rock SP and Patagonia SP remain open.


Laguna Campground in San Diego County is reopening.

Lake Piru remains open.

We already have snow and cold weather in the Inyo National Forest around Mt. Whitney, Rock Creek, Bishop and Convict Lake so they will remain closed.

Our operations at Clear Lake SP are open.   Burney Falls SP remains open but our store, cabin, and marina operations are closed.

Double Lake Campground and Day Use Area will open today

Alabama and Tennessee

Our campgrounds in the TVA, including Honeycomb, Loyston Point, and Barton Springs all remain open.

Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Mexico

All our campgrounds in these areas will remain closed.  They typically close seasonally by October 15 each year so they will not reopen this year.
